精神保健福祉士養成課程 卒後教育 ソーシャルワーク実践研究会 (第36?38回) Continuing Education for Social Workers in Mental Health
公共政策学部 福祉社会学科 精神保健福祉士養成課程 卒後教育 ソーシャルワーク実践研究会（第36回?第37回?第38回）
公共政策学部 福祉社会学科が設置している精神保健福祉士養成課程につきましては、来年度以降の新規学生の受入れは停止となりましたが、在学中の学生に対する専門職養成教育はもとより、卒業生を対象とした卒後教育プログラムも、これまで通り実施いたしております。
今年度は、7月?９月?11月に「KPUPSWソーシャルワーク実践研究会」を開催しました。ハイブリッド形式（オンライン参加可）としたことで、遠方に在住する卒業生や、子育て等の事情で来学が難しい場合でも参加しやすい環境となりました。
各回のテーマは、メンタルヘルス領域にとどまらず、広くソーシャルワーク/ソーシャルワーカーを取り巻く社会状況を見据えた上で、「専門職としてのソーシャルワーカーとは何か」を問うものでした。発表や質疑からは卒業生の成長と実践の深化が感じられました。
本学卒業生のみが参加するクローズド形式の本プログラムは、回を重ねるごとに、単なる知識?情報の交換にとどまらず、ピア?グループスーパービジョンとしての機能も高めながら発展しており、本学出身ソーシャルワーカーの専門性維持?向上に寄与しています。

The Mental Health Social Worker Professional Qualification Training Programme, offered by the Department of Welfare Society in the Faculty of Public Policy, will cease accepting new admissions from the next academic year. However, we continue to provide professional training for currently enrolled students, as well as post-graduate continuing education for alumni.
This year, post-graduate training sessions were held in July, September, and November. By adopting a hybrid format (with online participation available), the programme became more accessible for participants living at a distance—including those overseas—as well as those unable to come to campus due to childcare or other circumstances. Each session addressed the question, “What does it mean to be a social worker as a profession?” with content extending beyond the mental health field to consider the broader societal context surrounding social work and social workers.
This closed format, open exclusively to graduates of our university, has evolved beyond the mere exchange of knowledge and information into a form of peer group supervision. In doing so, it plays a significant role in upholding and further strengthening the professional standards of social workers trained at our university.
